I really love this 7up commercial from the 70s. How did we get from this to the awful soft-drink ads of today? Pepsi Max you should be ashamed of yourself.

I’ve just received a copy of this new compilation CD we’ve designed for DC Recordings – “Death Before Distemper 3, A Fistful of Ferrets”. The release is initially for Japan only, but I believe a few limited copies will be available through the DC website in November, and through select retailers including Colette in Paris and Rough Trade in London.
The CD is mixed by the Idjut Boys and includes a few tasty re-edits by them of some DC classics!
I have a brief walk-on part in the current issue of Design Week (23rd October 2008 edition – P9). My immature comments on small design companies can be found in the article titled “Minnows Pack a Punch”!
Last night I went to see the new London production by dance company Momix, and it was amazing! Definitely one of my best experiences in a theatre. I’ve never seen anyone make an umbrella and a skipping rope look so beautiful and mesmerising. If you’d like to know how the inside of my head looks a lot of the time you should get tickets asap!
Here’s a very nice video for the Kelpe track “Half Broken Harp” directed and animated by Bossquito.
Forget about the new MacBooks – this is what we need…
Via Datamancer. Thanks to the Cox-Dorée Institure.
We’re very pleased to have several of our sleeves featured in this new book by Spex magazine in Germany.
The book is nicely designed at 12-inch size and is published by Rockbuch (ISBN: 9783927638501).
